- 01You can submit a service request via email or by phone. The necessary documents can be sent by email or delivered in person to our office. Clients are informed about the required documents when submitting the request.For your convenience, a service cost calculator is also available, allowing you to estimate the approximate price of the service you are interested in.
- 02We provide a response to your request within 1–2 business days, after evaluating the available information. Based on this assessment, we perform a work evaluation, refine the pricing, and prepare the contract.Clients also have the option to schedule an in-person consultation.
- 03After signing the contract and receiving the necessary documents, the execution of the project/order begins.
- 04By evaluating the documentation and the existing situation, and in accordance with applicable regulations, the project or order is adapted to the client’s requirements.
- 05During the project development, the project is coordinated with utility holders, national and municipal authorities, and other relevant institutions as required.
- 06After receiving the necessary approvals, the project is submitted to the Building Authority of the respective administrative area, and a building permit is issued.
- 07If necessary, a modification project is developed when the existing situation does not match the designed plan. All required documentation for building commissioning is prepared, including as-built drawings, expert opinions from institutions, chimney sweep certificate, electrical installation inspection documentation, inventory files, and more.Once the necessary documentation is complete, the building is submitted to the Building Authority for commissioning, and a certificate of acceptance for occupancy is issued.
